These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the operator of RS577 ("RS577", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the RS577 online gaming platform, accessible at rs577.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the personal RS577 account opened by a registered Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by RS577 that are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process of confirming a Player's identity, age and address using documentary evidence as required by the operator.
• "Platform" means the RS577 website, mobile interface, software and all associated services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wagering amount that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law, as updated periodically by the operator.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual casino game or betting product available on the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to your location;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. You accept that it is your sole responsibility to verify this;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity);
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement on the Platform;
• You have not been previously excluded, barred or suspended from the Platform by RS577 for any reason;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or officer of RS577 or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

4.1 Registration

To access the real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and open a personal Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

RS577 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, the same household, or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. RS577 may suspend all duplicate Accounts and void any associated winnings or bonuses.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As a condition of withdrawing funds, and at any time as required by the operator, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting acceptable documentary evidence, which typically includes:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of your registered address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement, not older than three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership, where requested.

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending until satisfactory documentation is received and approved. Providing false or fraudulent documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify RS577 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. RS577 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access that arises from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods officially supported by RS577 at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. RS577 reserves the right to add, remove or modify supported payment methods at any time.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. RS577 reserves the right to return deposits and withhold associated winnings if a deposit is found to originate from a payment method not owned by the Account holder.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may submit a withdrawal request for funds held in your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the required KYC verification process;
• Any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must have been satisfied;
• The minimum withdrawal amount must be met (displayed at time of request);
• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the operator's internal processing timelines. RS577 does not guarantee specific processing durations. Any additional fees charged by payment processors are the responsibility of the Player.

5.3 Currency

The Platform supports Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for transactions where applicable. Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fees will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.

RS577 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following general bonus principles apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are for individual use only and may not be transferred, sold or shared;
• Each Player is eligible for a welcome bonus or sign-up offer on a one-time basis only, regardless of how many Accounts they attempt to open;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn;
• RS577 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the abuse of multiple Accounts or coordinated wagering strategies, will be void and associated Account balances may be forfeited;
• Cashback offers are calculated on net losses during the qualifying period. Illustrative cashback percentages published in promotional materials are indicative only and subject to applicable terms.

All bets and gaming activity on the Platform are subject to RS577's published Game Rules, which form an integral part of these Terms. Players are advised to review the rules applicable to each game or betting market before wagering.

7.1 Sports Betting

RS577 offers betting markets on a range of sports including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other events. Bet acceptance is subject to market availability and odds being offered at the time of placement. RS577 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets or restrict stake sizes at its discretion, including where a market integrity concern arises.

7.2 Casino Games

Casino games available on the Platform — including live dealer games, slots and table games — are provided by third-party software providers and are subject to the rules published by those providers. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published by the respective game provider and are theoretical long-term figures; they do not guarantee returns in any individual session.

7.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, communication failure, system error or any other technical fault that affects the result of a game or bet, RS577 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction. Any winnings generated as a result of an obvious error in odds or game settings may be voided at RS577's sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or terminated, and any associated winnings or balances may be voided:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes or bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing, chip dumping or any form of fraudulent wagering;
• Using automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing RS577 staff or other Platform users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

RS577 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of player protection tools that all Account holders can access at any time. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options.

Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment. RS577 strongly advises all Players to gamble only with funds they can genuinely afford to lose and never to chase losses. If gambling is causing financial difficulty, emotional distress or harm to relationships, Players are encouraged to use the Platform's self-exclusion tools and to seek support from appropriate responsible gambling resources.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, interface design, data compilations and audiovisual material — is the property of RS577 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, broadcast or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of RS577.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RS577, its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or revenue arising from the use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any game or service thereon;
• Any loss of data, corruption of Account information or security breach arising from circumstances outside RS577's reasonable control;
• Any decision you make to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access may be restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit RS577's liability for death or personal injury arising from its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.

RS577 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• A Player's request for self-exclusion or account closure;
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring the operator to restrict access;
• Inactive Account status over an extended period, as defined by the operator's dormant account policy.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting RS577 support. Any genuine real-money balance at the time of closure (subject to KYC completion and applicable requirements) will be returned to you in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RS577 is licensed and incorporated, as published in the operator's official licensing information. These Terms do not constitute legal advice under Pakistani law or any other legal system.

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform, Players are encouraged to contact RS577's support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct engagement, it may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by RS577's licensing authority.

RS577 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — RS577 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their Account, via a Platform notification, or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms come into force.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently assessed.
